Not-for-profit marketing

Grow your reach, revenue and impact.

Donors, volunteers and funders each need a different message. We build donor-focused marketing for Ontario charities and nonprofits: lean, accessible, compliant, and easy to explain to your board.

The nonprofit reality

Where nonprofit growth stalls

Small teams, tight overhead ratios and board scrutiny shape every marketing decision. We plan around that.

Donor retention

First gifts are hard to win and harder to renew without a clear stewardship plan.

A small team doing everything

One communications person, a board that wants results and no time for strategy.

Overhead and compliance

Fundraising ratios, CASL, privacy and accessibility rules all affect what you can spend and say.

How we price

Setup, ongoing management and platform fees are shown separately, and projects are phased to match grants, restricted funds and your fiscal year.

When to start

Year-end campaigns are won in the summer: plan from May to September. For fiscal-year budgets, February and March are the time for audits and quick wins.

What clients say

They captured the heart behind our event.

Their photography and video work for the 'It's Still Me' community event was not only professional but heartfelt. As sponsors, they didn't just show up, they supported our cause with care and creativity.

Questions

Do you work within nonprofit budgets?

Yes. We show setup, management and platform fees separately and phase work to your grants, restricted funds and fiscal year.

Is your email work CASL-compliant?

We build consent capture and tracking into donor email programs. For charities, CASL has specific rules about what counts as a commercial message, so we plan each program with your records in view.

When should we start our year-end campaign?

Between May and September. The giving season is won in the summer, when pages, email and creative are built.
